Where we deliver

We deliver to the PIN codes in our local service area. The checkout will tell you if we deliver to your PIN code. If we do not, you can choose to pick up your order from our shop.

Delivery charges

Home delivery costs ₹30 per order. Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 or more. Charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

You can choose a preferred delivery time (morning, afternoon or evening) at checkout. Orders placed before [8:00 PM] are usually delivered the next morning; bakery orders and custom cakes may need [24 hours] notice. Times are a preference, not a guarantee — we will call you if there is a delay.

Receiving your order

Dairy products are perishable. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order and refrigerate dairy products immediately. If nobody is available, we will call you; repeated failed deliveries of perishable items may not be refunded.

Shop pickup

Choose “Pick up from shop” at checkout and collect your order during business hours.
