Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI PIN and bank details are entered on Razorpay’s secure checkout and are never stored on our website. We only receive the payment status and a transaction reference.

How we use it

Only to take, prepare, deliver and support your orders, to send order updates, and to meet legal and tax requirements. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Our delivery staff (name, phone, address), Razorpay (for payments), and our website hosting and email providers — only as needed to run the shop.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes ([8 years]); other data is deleted when no longer needed.
