ਆਰਡਰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨਾ
ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਆਰਡਰ “ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ” ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ। ਆਰਡਰ ਨੰਬਰ ਨਾਲ 9465934616 ’ਤੇ ਕਾਲ ਜਾਂ ਵਟਸਐਪ ਕਰੋ।
ਵਾਪਸੀ
ਡੇਅਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਬੇਕਰੀ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਨ ਜਲਦੀ ਖ਼ਰਾਬ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਠੀਕ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਸਮਾਨ ਵਾਪਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ। ਜੇ ਸਮਾਨ ਖ਼ਰਾਬ, ਟੁੱਟਿਆ ਜਾਂ ਗ਼ਲਤ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਡਿਲੀਵਰੀ ਦੇ [6 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ] ਅੰਦਰ ਫ਼ੋਟੋ ਸਮੇਤ ਦੱਸੋ — ਅਸੀਂ ਬਦਲ ਦੇਵਾਂਗੇ ਜਾਂ ਪੈਸੇ ਵਾਪਸ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ।
ਰਿਫੰਡ
- ਔਨਲਾਈਨ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ: ਉਸੇ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਵਾਪਸ, ਆਮ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ 5–7 ਕੰਮਕਾਜੀ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ।
- ਡਿਲੀਵਰੀ ’ਤੇ ਨਕਦ: UPI ਜਾਂ ਬੈਂਕ ਟ੍ਰਾਂਸਫ਼ਰ ਰਾਹੀਂ [3] ਕੰਮਕਾਜੀ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ।

Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge until it is marked “Preparing”. Call or WhatsApp us on 9465934616 with your order number. Custom and celebration cakes can be cancelled up to [24 hours] before the delivery time.
Returns
Because dairy and bakery products are perishable, we cannot accept returns of items that were delivered in good condition. If an item is damaged, spoiled, past its best-before date, or different from what you ordered, tell us within [6 hours] of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
Refunds
- Online payments (Razorpay — UPI, card, net banking, wallet): refunded to the original payment method. Razorpay processes refunds immediately; banks usually credit them within 5–7 working days.
- Cash on Delivery: refunded by UPI or bank transfer to an account you give us, within [3] working days.
- Failed or cancelled online payments are not charged. If money was deducted but no order was created, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days; contact us if it is not.
